Profasee
All my energy is going into Profasee, the dynamic pricing engine I built for Amazon sellers. Price is the single biggest profit lever most brands ignore, and the marketplace is about to get a lot harder for anyone who doesn’t have a system. I wrote up my predictions for Amazon in 2026 and the short version is: AI is coming for every manual process, the middle class of Amazon sellers is disappearing, and the only brands that survive will be the ones that out-tool the algorithm.
Amazon’s price history feature is still shaking things up. It kills bad dynamic pricing, not good dynamic pricing. If your pricing looks like chaos, you lose trust. If it looks intentional, you build it. That distinction matters more than ever heading into this year.
Writing and Speaking Out
I wrote about quitting the LinkedIn slop and I meant it. The “comment BANANA for my free guide” era needs to die. I’m focused on saying things that are honest instead of things that perform well for the algorithm.
I’ve also been writing about the forces reshaping the Amazon ecosystem: why most Amazon brands die young, the vendor purge that’s cutting nonessential tools, and how China’s tax crackdown is reshaping competitive dynamics on the US marketplace. When margins get tight, sellers stop paying for busy work. The only tools that survive are the ones that produce measurable results.
Life in Miami
Dad of two, just past 40, settled into a rhythm. I took five months off LinkedIn last year to be present for my family and to test some new growth channels for Profasee. The time away was worth it. Coming back with a different mindset changed how I think about building in public.
